I'm currently supporting chronic care patients remotely at Chronic Care Staffing, coordinating check-ins, transferring EMR data, relaying patient status to providers, and providing education on chronic conditions, nutrition, and symptom management.

I've also supported University of Florida Physicians and Shands Hospital across hematology, rheumatology, endocrinology, orthopedic surgery, lung transplant, pulmonology, and hepatology. My work includes patient calls, prior authorizations, medication refills, scheduling, post-operative care, injections, EKGs, clinical documentation, and helping patients understand their care plans.
