I support patients and providers at Atrium Health Primary Care Cleveland Internal Medicine, delivering direct care in a busy internal medicine clinic. I handle vital signs, immunizations, lab draws, PT/INR checks, and timely EPIC documentation.

I've provided remote chronic care management support, handling patient calls, prescription refills, test results, prior authorizations, referrals, and surgical clearance needs. I coordinate care across patients, providers, pharmacies, insurance plans, and specialty offices.

My background also includes skilled nursing and wound care at Atrium, where I administered medications, performed patient assessments, monitored changes, supported home health coordination, and placed DME orders. I've also worked with hyperbaric treatment workflows and patient preparation.
