What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a K–8 teaching role where I can plan project-based literacy, math, or science lessons, use ProgressBook/HMH data to drive instruction, and strengthen SEL. I enjoy collaborating with teams and mentoring learners and staff.

I’m a dedicated educator with experience teaching diverse K–8 learners, specializing in literacy, math, science, and social-emotional learning. I build engaging, project-based lessons while staying grounded in standards and measurable progress.

As a 5th Grade Science Teacher, I develop and deliver science instruction aligned with Ohio Learning Standards, using hands-on STEM and inquiry-based activities. I also use data-driven instruction to support improved student science assessment performance and overall classroom achievement.

I’ve taught ELA and cross-curricular content as a 5th Grade Teacher, integrating HMH and ProgressBook to track academic progress and personalize instruction. I’ve also served as ODE Test Proctor and Data Analyst to ensure accurate test administration and reporting, and I contributed to a school-wide SEL committee focused on equity and student wellness.

Beyond classroom teaching, I bring leadership and mentorship from managing teams and supervising youth, and I’ve supported small-group interventions as a Title I Reading Teacher and adapted math instruction with special education staff. I’m energized by curriculum initiatives, collaboration, and helping learners grow holistically.
