What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my project coordination, procurement, and logistics support skills to public or private-sector projects—partnering with stakeholders, keeping deliverables on track, and producing clear compliance-focused reporting that enables faster decisions.

Project coordination professional with over two years of public sector experience supporting health infrastructure projects at Botswana's Ministry of Health. In the Projects Unit, I coordinated multi-workstream activities across meetings, deliverable tracking, documentation, and consolidated reporting for executive-level decision-making. I managed information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitated meetings, documented minutes, and followed up on action items to keep projects moving.

My coordination scope extended to logistics support for Biomedical Equipment, ICT, Furniture and Transport resources, including post-project resource allocation to ensure facilities were operationally ready on handover. I thrive in resource-constrained, deadline-driven environments and have hands-on experience with multi-site field coordination and compliance documentation.

I hold a BSc in Project Management (IDM, 2021) and am near completion of CIPS Level 2 in Procurement and Supply, with four of five modules passed. I am seeking project coordination, PMO support, or programme administration roles — remote, hybrid, or in-person — where I can bring structured, detail-oriented support to complex project environments.
