I manage insurance processes across projects and units, including renewals, policy reviews, claims coordination, certificates, and communication with brokers and carriers. I identified insurance renewal and coverage opportunities that resulted in more than $450,000 in savings for a Texas insurance renewal.
I support in-house and outside Counsel on complex real estate transactions, coordinating closing requirements, signature pages, due diligence materials, and post-closing deliverables. I also compile closing books and help monitor critical transaction and insurance dates.
