I am a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist with practical experience in medical coding, claims reconciliation, and electronic health record systems, including EPIC. I combine foundational knowledge of procedure coding, insurance and reimbursement processes, and medical terminology to support accurate billing workflows.

During an internship in the Reconciliation department at US Digestive Health, I applied coding standards and reconciliation practices to help streamline claims processing. My hands-on customer-facing roles as a server strengthened my communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills, which I apply to collaborative healthcare environments.
