I’m seeking an opportunity in Project management support where my hands-on experience in communication, problem-solving, organization, tracking tasks, documentation, and data management can support regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

As a Project Manager for Brand Improvement (Wig & Hair Brand), I led a project focused on enhancing customer engagement and online presence. I identified areas for improvement, implemented solutions, and organized progress to keep tasks completed on schedule—using Trello to track workflows and Excel to maintain project records while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Earlier, as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Genetics and Biotechnology, I conducted an environmental study on the effects of spent engine oil on toxicity and physiological changes. I collected and analyzed samples using standard procedures, ensured safety and quality control, documented results clearly, and presented findings through reports and visual summaries. I’m also building my credentials through Project Management Professional (2025) and Career Essentials in Customer Support (LinkedIn Learning).
