At AIIMS, New Delhi, I lead translational research integrating clinical, molecular, and multi-omics data to identify biomarkers and study disease mechanisms.
In ovarian cancer, I investigate drug response and resistance, including PARP-1/GCS inhibition, platinum resistance, and DNA damage response. I use molecular profiling and cell-based functional assays to study therapeutic mechanisms.
My work also includes molecular diagnostics for hematological malignancies, genomic and epigenetic analyses, and interpretation of clinically relevant findings. I perform DNA/RNA extraction, PCR-based assays, sequencing, methylation assays, and cell-based studies.
I analyze metabolomics and lipidomics data, including research on metabolic disease, and prepare technical reports, presentations, and manuscripts. My research experience spans translational oncology, molecular diagnostics, epigenetics, and biomarker research.
