What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to contribute to cutting-edge research in molecular biology, precision oncology, and translational biomedical research.

At Jamia Hamdard University, I design and synthesize novel Pyrazolopyridine- and Benzothiazole-based small molecules as potential EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors. I evaluate them in cancer cell models, including MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231, and investigate cellular mechanisms and EGFR protein expression.

My research combines experimental pharmacology with computational drug discovery, including molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, DFT calculations, and ADMET profiling. I also conduct in vivo studies in Wistar rats and have contributed as a co-author to peer-reviewed research publications.

At CSIR-IGIB, I worked on CRISPR-mediated gene editing using secondary HEK cell-line models and performed molecular cloning and PCR-based analysis. I’m seeking to contribute to research in molecular biology, precision oncology, and translational biomedical research.
