I've developed patient-derived 3D multiple myeloma organoids at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, designing bortezomib drug-efficacy studies and biomarker investigations using qPCR, ELISA, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry and RNA-seq analysis.
During my Ph.D. at IIT Delhi, I built reproducible collagen–alginate, gelatin, and decellularized-matrix-enriched 3D liver and breast cancer models for disease modelling and drug screening. I bring 8+ years of cell culture, biomaterials, tissue engineering, microscopy, assay development, scientific writing, and mentoring experience, supported by five first-author publications.
