What I'm looking for

I seek a senior protection or GBV role where I can lead community-centered programs, strengthen partnerships, and build staff capacity in a rights-based, inclusive environment.

I am a human rights activist and protection specialist with over seven years of experience focusing on gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, protection, and access to justice in Bangladesh.

I have led community-centered programs, managed Women and Girls Safe Spaces and Men Engagement Centres, and provided technical guidance and capacity-building to staff, volunteers, and partner organizations.

I have a strong track record in qualitative research, documentation, donor reporting, proposal development, and multi-stakeholder coordination with government, UN, and civil society actors in humanitarian and advocacy contexts.

I embed feminist leadership, survivor-centered and safeguarding approaches in programming, and I seek roles where I can advance protection systems, accountability, and gender equality while supporting inclusive team cultures.
