What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine policy research with rigorous qualitative fieldwork—leading data collection, coding, and analysis with NVivo/Stata—and contribute to practical, policy-oriented work in a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

I’m an International Relations and policy research professional with a track record in qualitative field work, strategic leadership, and project management. I translate socio-political questions into structured research plans—supporting literature review, data collection, transcription, documentation, and policy-oriented reporting.

In recent roles, I’ve worked on research funded by the World Bank in collaboration with the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Government of Bangladesh, and I’ve led mixed-methods projects using NVivo and Stata. I also bring leadership experience from serving as Executive Director, where I directed operations, built partnerships, and delivered measurable outcomes while maintaining confidentiality and research integrity.
