At Elitery, I manage two cross-functional teams overseeing more than 1,000 VMs and 40+ physical servers across private cloud and Backup-as-a-Service infrastructure. I also oversee private cloud, storage, and backup capacity initiatives while maintaining a monthly uptime SLA above 99.9%.
I introduced an n8n-based automated backup reporting system that eliminated manual report generation and reduced reporting time by about 80%. I also planned an AI-assisted asset management platform and integrate LLM-assisted workflows into documentation, incident analysis, and capacity planning.
As SRE/DevOps Squad Captain, I led an on-premise migration from VMware to Zstack Cloud, moving 100–200 VM workloads with zero unplanned downtime. At Elitery, I’ve also worked on private cloud, storage, and Backup-as-a-Service expansions.
Earlier, I managed cloud infrastructure at PT. Smartfren Telecom TBK and PT. Huawei Tech Investment, working with OpenStack, Ceph, AWS, and Azure. I hold AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications.
