I’m looking for a role where I can combine teaching or customer support with problem-solving and clear communication. I thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy measurable results, and want to grow while helping people succeed.

I’m an International Business graduate with a passion for solving problems and helping people. Through roles across Armenia, Poland, and China, I’ve learned how to navigate different cultures while keeping customers and students supported—especially under pressure.

As an English Teacher (Field Education / China), I update learning resources to meet curriculum goals, run regular tests and quizzes, and track attendance and behavior to guide students’ progress. I focus on creating clear, measurable learning development and staying responsive when needs change.

I also bring a data-and-service mindset from my experience as a Market Researcher and Customer Service Specialist. At CDP Group Ltd., I conducted market research using various methodologies, collected and cleaned data from diverse sources, and translated complex information into clear reports and presentations.
