At Indonesia Crypto Exchange, I design compliance governance across exchange, clearing, and custodian entities within Indonesia's OJK-licensed digital asset SRO ecosystem. I serve as the primary regulatory contact for OJK, managing inspections, consultations, submissions, incident notifications, and remediation plans.

I draft and implement AML/CFT policies, SOPs, market conduct controls, transaction surveillance, market abuse detection, and conflict-of-interest governance. As Secretary General of Sub Komite DAKD, I lead token whitelisting assessments of 40+ digital assets per session against a 20-criterion OJK-aligned framework.

Previously at Luno Indonesia, I co-led exchange membership approval under the national CFX regime and conducted 20+ formal consultations with OJK, Bappebti, and Bank Indonesia. I also coordinated Indonesia and Australia compliance obligations, supported e-KYC integration with Dukcapil, and trained more than 100 law enforcement officers on AML/CFT and digital asset compliance.

My earlier work at Sucor Asset Management included implementing 7+ OJK-aligned policies for USD 900M+ in AUM while maintaining a zero-penalty reporting record. I'm CAMS and CCI certified, with developing knowledge of UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, and UK regulatory frameworks.
