At the Secretariat General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, I administer the asset-disclosure system for a 3,200-staff agency. I raised compliance from 50% to 100% and sustained it for three consecutive years, using a Google Sheets tracker to flag non-filers.
I also coordinated the national Integrity Assessment Survey across 3,000+ employees, for which I received the 2025 Best Contributor award from the national anti-corruption commission. I’ve co-drafted investigative audit and financial-loss calculation SOPs, audited official travel expenses, and consolidated oversight reporting into dashboards.
