I’m a dedicated academic professional with a Master of Arts in History and hands-on experience supporting students through research, evaluation, and academic writing. I focus on helping learners improve by assessing work thoughtfully and providing feedback they can apply immediately.

As a Teaching Assistant & Academic Writing at Miami University, I critically evaluated student assignments and delivered constructive feedback to strengthen learning outcomes. I assessed student research papers for clarity, chronological accuracy, and adherence to rigorous academic standards, collaborating with professors to design and administer exams, quizzes, and other assessments.

I also prioritize organization and accountability in the classroom—maintaining precise attendance and performance records for students in undergraduate classes. My academic background includes MA-level training in Historical Methods, History of Historiography, Research Seminar, and College Teaching of HST Survey, with a GPA of 3.97 and a thesis on Thomas Mapfumo’s protest music in Zimbabwean colonial and postcolonial struggles (1963–2001).

I bring strong analytical communication skills grounded in qualitative research and critical thinking, supported by a certificate in Program and Project Monitoring & Evaluation from the University of Zimbabwe. I’m eager to leverage my research and evaluation abilities—along with careful, structured writing—to support a team’s goals.
