What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a restaurant role where I can deliver strong customer interaction, handle monetary and stock responsibilities, and keep IT requirements running smoothly—while growing within a team that values proactive ownership.

I’ve successfully run an individually owned business and I’ve been in the workforce for 8 consecutive years. I also helped up bring the current position at Twisted Twig while maintaining IT requirements proactively.

At Twisted Twig Bistro since Nov 2022, I handle waiting tables, customer interaction, and IT management and upkeep. I also support stock upkeep, supply management, food preparation, monetary handling, and staff hourly management.

Before that, I worked as a Kitchen Hand at Taralga Hotel from Jun 2019 to Feb 2022. I supported service through waiting tables, customer interaction, stocking of supplies, and management of supplementary needs for the Head chef.
