At International Facilities Services (IFS), I managed a team of 20 through the transition of the National Theatre, Lagos, from previous service providers to IFS. I also built the facility’s asset and location registers and sourced and finalized vendors for each service area.
I mapped existing processes across service areas and developed strategies to implement IFS policies, mainly for security and janitorial services. I also managed stakeholder engagements between the Federal Government, the client, CBN, incumbent providers, and IFS.
At Olam International, I supervised finished-goods distribution and inventory across 20 warehouses, helping achieve 100% on-time delivery across more than 10 SKUs. In July 2023, I worked with the team to fulfill 1.2 million cartons amounting to $8M in revenue.
At Ubisoft Entertainment, I tested and reported bugs for Rainbow Six Extraction and supported localization and subtitling QA. I also oversaw three key functionalities, led a team of more than 30 testers, and contributed to onboarding new team members.
