What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a financial analysis or FP&A role where I can build decision-ready reporting, improve budgeting and forecasting processes, partner with cross-functional leaders, and apply advanced Excel, financial systems, and Power BI.

I've supported CFOs and senior leadership at Dickstein Shapiro LLP, an Am Law 200 firm, by leading FP&A analysis for a $200M+ annual budget cycle. I developed monthly decision-ready packages covering practice group performance, revenue, billing rates, budgets, and cost center trends.

I coordinated financial and headcount data for attorney compensation reviews, led bi-annual forecasting cycles, and translated complex results into actionable summaries for attorneys and business leaders. I also built firm-wide Excel models and reporting frameworks using PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, Elite, and Data Fusion.

Earlier, at Merkle, I consolidated a $65M annual budget across subsidiaries and prepared executive reporting, forecasts, profitability analysis, and variance analysis. My financial analysis background also includes Hughes Network Systems, Digex/MCI WorldCom, NET.COM, and ExecuStay/Manugistics.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, CompTIA Data+ certified, and continue building my analytics capabilities through Power BI training.
