What I'm looking for

I'm seeking internship opportunities in alternative investments, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or real estate investing where I can strengthen technical, underwriting, research, and investment-decision skills.

I've supported investment decisions at Whitman Peterson across industrial, attainable housing, and student housing developments and acquisitions. I updated acquisition and reforecast models, prepared Investment Committee memos, reviewed lease agreements and term sheets, and contributed to M&A due diligence.

I independently underwrote a historic adaptive-reuse mixed-use opportunity from the ground up, building a full acquisition model and Investment Committee memorandum to support a formal recommendation.

At HP Tech Ventures and Clarion Capital Partners, I conducted market research, assessed market size and growth potential, analyzed private-company data, and developed investment materials. I've used AI tools including ChatGPT, Perplexity.ai, and Claude alongside Excel and Google Slides to turn research into clear, data-driven presentations.

I'm studying Business Administration with a Finance concentration at USC Marshall and developing my alternative investments and investment banking skills through SEO EDGE and BlackGen Capital. Outside investing, I've produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered more than 500 songs and helped launch a studio business serving over 100 artists.
