I also spearheaded Claude Cowork implementation across investment workflows, automating more than 40 hours of weekly task coverage.
Previously at Schulte Hospitality Group, I underwrote more than $400M in hospitality deal volume and led due diligence for major transitions, including a 48-hotel, $1.1B+ Colony Inland Portfolio acquisition with KKR. I built financial and operational reporting for institutional clients including PIMCO, Starwood, KKR, Dune, and TPG across 150+ properties.
Alongside institutional work, I invest in affordable Midwest housing, including stabilized single-family rentals and a 14-unit value-add multifamily property with Section 8-compliant tenancy. My background also includes heavy civil design-build estimating across bridge, rail, tunneling, and dam retrofit projects.
