I review transportation-related charges, including fuel, taxes, IFTA, tolls, permits, registrations, and maintenance deductions. I also verify EFS codes and review load advance and EFS funding requests.
I support contractors with payment inquiries and account concerns, investigate disputed deductions and discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with Dispatch, Maintenance, ELD, Claims, and Safety.
