What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product and operations work in medical devices or medical robotics, taking technologies from requirements and validation through clinical deployment while collaborating with R&D, commercial teams, clinical stakeholders, and partners.

I've led product and operations work at ACCREA Medical Robotics, managing development roadmaps, go/no-go decisions, KPIs, and launches for medical robotics products. I coordinated R&D, sales, marketing, development, and operations teams while preparing revenue forecasts and representing the company with key opinion leaders, investors, and industry partners.

I also bring hands-on mechanical engineering experience designing mechatronic systems and medical manipulators, including FEA, statics, dynamics, and kinematics simulations. Now at Margomed, I oversee sterilisation processes, qualification and validation activities, documentation, procedures, and training.
