What I'm looking for
I've led mechanical product development from concept through mass production across e-mobility, surgical systems, and bespoke manufacturing.
At WILLBERT by EUROLOOP, I led development of compartments for the 720kW Amber II S-HUB charger, including the Power Module, Smart Allocation System, and charger cable routing. I managed the product lifecycle, backlog, R&D and production procedures, and ERP/PLM implementation while delivering products for mass production.
At Asensus Surgical via GlobalLogic, I design mechanical systems and subsystems across injection-molded plastics, sheet metal, castings, and machined parts. I develop prototypes, integrate mechatronic components, and create validation protocols, fixtures, and acceptance criteria.
I also founded Cedrowa Stolarnia, building a carpentry business to PLN 300,000 in sales and leading a team of three. I'm looking to bring that ownership across products, teams, R&D, and production into a senior, lead, or management role.
