At DTiQ, I run hardware operations across the US, Europe, and Australia, including vendor decisions, purchasing, and regional fulfillment. I own the hardware portfolio P&L and lead a five-person team covering SKU creation, deliveries, fulfillment, and customs.
At DeLaval, I coordinated delivery of semi-automated milking systems across engineering, suppliers, and local markets. I supported the TSR2 manufacturing site transfer, aligning readiness and acceptance criteria as the change cut lead time by 8 weeks.
Earlier at DeLaval, I owned automation and spare-parts portfolios, coordinating product readiness, certification, and multi-region launches. At UTC Aerospace Systems, I supported manufacturing, testing, assembly, and export control classification for electro-hydraulic and electromechanical units.
