My name is Luiz Gustavo Porto Romero, and I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of São Paulo and an advanced management certification from Fundação Dom Cabral. Since 2012, I have been actively involved in social promotion projects and team leadership, where I have honed my skills in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver health, wellness, and cultural services to workers in the transportation sector.

Currently, I serve as the Coordinator of Social Promotion at SEST SENAT, where I lead a team in providing essential services to the public. My previous experience includes working with SEBRAE as a Local Innovation Agent, where I consulted on innovation projects for small businesses, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BairesDev, where I coordinated the recruitment of both technical and non-technical profiles.
