Over the past 6 years, I have acquired diverse experience working across teams in a tech company, a law firm and a research development foundation in Brazil. During this time I have held positions as a legal associate, a product manager and part of the talent and culture teams.

As an in-house lawyer at a tech company and as an associate at a legal firm, I have developed a strong background in corporate law, contract management, and data protection systems. My expertise spans across creating and reinstating companies, data protection compliance and adherence to Brazilian corporate, labor and intellectual property regulations. I have a proven track record of providing legal opinions and representation for companies.

As part of the talent and culture teams at two differente companies, I contributed to the develpoment and management of internal and external policies, wellness programs, and oversaw payroll, benefits, and compensation - always ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Additionally, my experience as a product manager for a tech company has given me a unique understanding of the intersection of law and technology. I have successfully helped in product development initiatives, worked with cross-functional teams and naviagetd diverse regulatory landscapes to deliver innovative solutions. In this role I was directly involved in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with market needs.

I am a skilled communicator, fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. I am passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest developments in data protection, product management and legal-tech, and I am committed to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
