Executive leadership of the North American operation with full P&L, strategy, and market expansion responsibility. Built the U.S. operation, managed a team plus outside providers, and reached USD 80K/month in revenue in the first year.

Led commercial expansion strategy focused on flagship logistics and e-commerce accounts, while opening and structuring the company’s U.S. unit. Prospected and ran the full sales cycle and managed pipeline performance with conversion and revenue metrics.

Led procurement for Brazil and Latin America, managing a team of 8 and owning both Opex and Capex spend. Managed high-value negotiations and contracts, including complex Capex projects (R$90K–R$300K per ticket), and left during WeWork’s global restructuring in 2023.

Built the Opex procurement function from scratch across Technology, Facilities, Consumables, Marketing, and HR categories. Achieved a 300% increase in contract coverage and supported procurement regionalization and M&A-related work, including WeWork’s acquisition of Empreurban.

Served as a key user on the SAP Ariba Sourcing rollout and developed and delivered training for stakeholders. Owned the Back Haul project, implementing supplier-backed transport operations that generated R$3–4M/month in revenue.

Contracted freight and services for the Extra & Pão de Açúcar retail business and managed logistics supplier development. Controlled transportation KPIs and budgets.

Negotiated utilities (fuel, LPG, tires, lubricants) for Ambev and Souza Cruz and managed MRO RFQs, suppliers, and contracts. Led transition of the operation to Ambev’s internal team following discontinuation.

Managed a portfolio of approximately 200 fixed suppliers and renegotiated Souza Cruz’s industrial freight and delivery network. Led tenders for Ambev’s industrial freight and managed carrier contracts and SLAs.

Supported the kickoff of the Porto Seco (CLIA—Inland Customs Logistics Center) operation by structuring and managing the national transportation operation to/from Jaboatão dos Guararapes. Served as a focal point between operations and the project team during stabilization and rollout.

Managed transportation for two distribution centers serving Ática, Scipione, and SER imprints, including information flow and KPI tracking. Negotiated with carriers and analyzed operational data to improve cost and service levels while managing budgets and reporting for both centers.

Contracted freight and developed logistics suppliers for regular and spot operations, supporting launches of reverse logistics and customs-bonded operations. Built KPIs and operational controls to manage logistics partner performance.

Supported strategic transportation operations for major accounts and assisted with bonded-warehouse operations. Led competitive bid processes for new transportation accounts and analyzed customer flows to identify logistics alternatives.

Contracted road freight and cargo-handling services while supporting service-expansion projects and the outbound commercial team. Responded to competitive bid processes and developed corporate and operational KPIs to track logistics performance.
