I'm looking to lead resilient IT operations, develop high-performing teams, improve service delivery, and turn infrastructure complexity into business continuity.

At MadeiraMadeira, I managed a R$7.7M annual IT budget across four states while improving service resolution SLAs and meeting cost-reduction targets. I led post-M&A integrations across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, maintaining business continuity through each transition.

I've delivered infrastructure rollouts for 118 retail stores and 16 distribution centers across Brazil, including a 21,000 m² fulfillment warehouse. I designed high-availability architectures, scaled national field support through an outsourced model, and built structured service delivery through an IT Service Catalog.
