I’m a Physics graduate with hands-on experience turning messy information into usable results, supported by tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. My background combines analytical thinking with real-world problem solving—especially where data meets operations and customers.

In my current Sales Associate / Technical Support role, I manage inventory and product tracking while organizing and analyzing sales data to support day-to-day decisions. I also provide customer service and technical support, which has strengthened how I communicate insights clearly and respond to issues quickly.

Before that, I supervised inventory and planned logistics to optimize storage and workflow, and I taught mathematics and natural sciences by building lesson plans and analytical skills in students. I’m actively seeking Data Analysis or Business Intelligence opportunities where I can deliver dashboards, insights, and improvements with strong attention to detail.
