For a Vehicle Service Center Management System, I designed a relational database for customers, vehicles, services, costs, and payments. I developed JOINs, views, stored procedures, subqueries, aggregate queries, triggers, and audit tables to retrieve service history, analyze spending, and track changes in service costs.
I also analyzed more than 10,000 sales records for a Superstore Sales & Profit Analysis Dashboard, creating Pivot Table analyses and management reporting for sales, profit, orders, and profit margin.
