At Belk, I lead internal investigations involving employee misconduct, workplace incidents, operational risks, fraud, and compliance concerns. I use structured Wicklander-Zulawski interview techniques, CCTV, and IP camera systems to collect evidence and communicate clear findings to leadership.

I've helped identify trends in shrink and operational deficiencies while reviewing safety concerns and property damage incidents to reduce liability exposure. I also coach associates and management teams on accountability, policy compliance, and risk reduction.

Previously, as Belk's Loss Prevention Lead, I supervised loss prevention operations, conducted operational audits, responded to incidents, and trained associates on theft prevention and safety awareness.

My operations management background at Sub Rosa Studios and White Raven E-liquid adds hands-on experience in inventory, hiring, onboarding, workflow development, vendor relationships, and team performance. I'm OSHA 30 certified and focused on growing in EHS, workplace safety leadership, and risk management.
