What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading security operations or supporting workforce development programs where I can build partnerships, connect people to resources, and serve community members facing barriers to employment.

I've led security operations at KKR and Mulligan Security, overseeing multi-floor corporate office coverage and supervising teams of up to 58 security guards.

I manage schedules, payroll, post assignments, roll calls, incident reporting, disciplinary documentation, and coordination with HR and law enforcement to maintain safe, compliant operations.
