I’m a safety-focused security professional with 10+ years of experience in security and high-touch customer service environments. I stay calm and lead effectively in high-pressure or emergency situations while delivering welcoming, elevated, and caring service focused on passenger comfort and safety compliance.

In my current roles, I ensure the safety and security of venue premises by enforcing protocols, conducting regular inspections, and performing comprehensive security screenings and bag checks.
