At the NYPD, I oversee security operations, investigations, risk management, and compliance across a 54-acre campus and satellite facilities. I manage a $5 million operational budget and support security and continuity for personnel, visitors, contractors, and critical assets.
I partnered with executive leadership to plan and coordinate security operations for Madison Square Garden, Barclays Center, New Year’s Eve celebrations, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and July 4th fireworks. This work included staffing models, access-control strategies, personnel deployments, and operational protocols.
As Sergeant - Leadership Training Supervisor, I managed a $3 million annual operating budget and coordinated leadership programs for approximately 200 supervisory and executive personnel. I also developed and delivered training in leadership, risk management, personnel supervision, operational planning, and fiscal stewardship.
Earlier at the NYPD, I served as a Police Academy Instructor and Police Officer. I developed and delivered recruit training, investigated misconduct allegations and criminal offenses, and responded to emergencies and public safety situations in Lower Manhattan.
