What I'm looking for

I’m applying my control-system work to energy and infrastructure analytics.

At the Institute for Mental Health and Addiction Care (IASAMA), I rebuilt the collection pipeline, database structure, and analysis so program leads can understand the institute’s service value chain from one set of records.

I reorganized compliance indicators around the institute’s Logical Framework Matrix and built study prototypes from historical and new extracts to inform Mexico City public-policy decisions.

Previously, I designed data systems for procurement, operations, and services at Rakitin Group S.A.P.I. de C.V. and the National Pedagogical University (UPN). At Mexico’s National Electoral Institute, I technically supervised critical-infrastructure contracts totaling MXN 250 million.

Ran the full procurement cycle for up to 120 contracts a year, totalling up to MXN 150 million, including file logistics for procurement committees. Built a linked Excel/OneDrive registry of budget authorizations, contracts, and payments, and standardized file protocols, cutting incomplete submissions from 60-70 per 100 filings to 20-30.
