What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise quality, Agile transformation, and automation strategy where I can build scalable continuous testing models, strengthen delivery governance, and guide distributed teams through complex digital transformation.

I've led quality strategy and automation transformation for Accor, Pictet, the European Commission, Visa, Volkswagen, Kingfisher, and Cult Beauty. My work spans enterprise e-commerce, private banking, payments, public-sector HR, telecom, retail, and SaaS platforms.

I design Shift-Left, BDD/TDD, and continuous testing models that embed quality gates, reporting, risk-based testing, and automation into delivery. At Cult Beauty, I eliminated 10 years of legacy testing debt within 12 months and scaled daily automated execution beyond 20,000 scenarios; at Kingfisher, I managed a 350-person testing footprint supporting 40 concurrent projects.

I've also built proprietary tools including Clarity, a codeless automation framework for Web, Mobile, API, SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, as well as QualityMate and Automated Test Designer. I work fluently across English, French, and Portuguese and lead distributed onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams.
