What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my psychology background to real-world challenges, support strong communication and problem-solving, and grow continuously in a dynamic environment that values learning.

I’m a Psychology graduate with a B.S. who’s eager to apply my academic knowledge and research skills to real-world challenges in a dynamic work environment. I’m passionate about personal and professional growth, and I’m seeking an opportunity where I can contribute effectively while continuously learning and developing my expertise in psychology.

In my current role as Leasing Manager, I handle resident complaints calmly and professionally, resolve issues in a timely manner, and lead 50+ community resident events to increase resident retention. I also manage lease contract details—editing and generating 100+ floorplans, move-in/move-out dates, and charge summaries—while communicating daily through Daily Leasing Reports to corporate management on marketing, leasing, and community upkeep efforts.
