I run Agathos Creative House, a digital marketing and custom software studio serving roughly 65 SME clients in Mexico, where I own strategy, pricing, delivery, AI, and P&L. I built CosmicMind / TuVendedor, a multi-tenant WhatsApp Business Platform SaaS with Meta Embedded Signup, per-tenant webhook routing, and encrypted client credentials.
Before founding my studio, I spent seven years at Ford applying business intelligence, machine learning, product planning, and strategy to global operational and commercial datasets. I also build AI content pipelines, lead multidisciplinary teams, and develop chatbot and logistics SaaS products.
