What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role that blends customer support and tech, where I can use my administration strengths and grow in web development, data analysis, and machine learning—working with a team that values clear communication and real results.

I’m an admin assistant at JNS development’s (Aug 21–present), supporting customers through phone calls and emails, booking appointments, taking payments, and managing buying/selling of equipment and decorations. I bring calm, organized communication to every interaction.

Alongside my admin work, I’ve built a technical foundation through a Computer Science degree from Greenwich University and practical experience. I enjoy turning information into clear outcomes—whether that’s organizing schedules or supporting website development.

In my Digital bucket IT internship (Jul 20–Jul 21), I developed websites using HTML and CSS, and I worked on machine learning and data analysis. That experience sharpened my ability to learn quickly, analyze problems, and deliver usable results.

Previously, I made websites for different businesses using WordPress themes as a Website developer and exam proctor at Angel link solutions (Apr 18–Sept 19). I also bring hands-on responsibility from my hospitality background, including customer service, till payments, and running a breakfast buffet.
