Akshaya Mathusoothanan

I’m a BSc (Hons) Nutrition graduate from the University of Westminster with experience building digital workflow systems and supporting administrative processes. I’m highly organised and detail-oriented, and I enjoy turning complex information into clear, actionable structures.

I’ve built automated dashboards and structured tracking systems using Excel, Notion, and Coda. I also developed organised record-management systems using formulas, validation rules, and workflow automation—improving data accuracy and reducing manual administrative work.

Through Etsy digital store management, I created and maintained digital product listings and handled customer communication and store administration. I designed digital templates using Canva and Notion, keeping workflows smooth and information easy to manage.

In my academic research, I organised and analysed datasets using SPSS and Excel, and I conducted literature searches using PubMed and Google Scholar. As a Student Ambassador and Course Representative, I developed strong written communication and coordination skills while supporting events and gathering student feedback.
