I’m a Human Resources and Operations professional with over six years of experience across Kenya’s public and private sectors. I build my work on getting the fundamentals right—keeping records accurate, ensuring people feel supported from day one, and helping organisations stay compliant without making HR feel like a burden.

As a Human Resource Management Officer at KALRO, I implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with Kenya labour laws and statutory requirements. I coordinate end-to-end staff induction, manage performance appraisal from start to finish, maintain an audit-ready HR database, and compile HR reporting for senior leadership to support workforce planning and resource allocation.

Earlier, as an Operations Executive (fully remote), I managed remote onboarding, liaised with payroll on employee queries, and produced clear monthly budget and petty cash reports. I also built and maintained a client database from scratch and worked with field agents to identify operational bottlenecks and improve service delivery, supported by my MBA in Human Resource Management and CHRP-K certification.
