I am a seasoned product support specialist with 14 years in IT, focused on delivering exceptional technical support and customer experiences in cloud-based enterprise operations. I thrive in time-sensitive, fast-paced environments and manage heavy workloads reliably.

Currently I serve as a Security Engineer working third shift, handling security access management across dozens of cloud and legacy systems. I have driven resource optimizations such as delisting unused licenses and right-sizing Azure AAD resources, and I routinely use Azure AAD, ADO, DefenseStorm SIEM and ticketing systems for operational support.

Previously I led global asset management and lifecycle activities including provisioning, warehouse coordination, logistics scheduling, and high-volume ticket handling via ServiceNow, Jira and Zendesk. My background also includes customer-facing IT infrastructure work—supporting Windows, macOS and on-site datacenter interventions—alongside enterprise consulting for datacenter migrations and office deployments.
