What I'm looking for

I’m looking to work in software development, focusing on full-stack development, web systems, automation, API integrations, application infrastructure, and digital solutions that optimize business processes.

At Zaperfy, I develop and maintain a SaaS platform for customer service, automation, and organizing business processes through WhatsApp. I work across the frontend and backend, building features for tickets, contacts, queues, and real-time communication.

I’ve worked on WhatsApp integrations, external APIs, chatbot workflows, and automation with N8N. I’ve also helped apply artificial intelligence to automated customer service.

I configure, deploy, and maintain the platform’s infrastructure on Linux servers using tools including Docker, Nginx, and PM2. I also analyze logs, fix production bugs, run database migrations, and optimize processes.

Earlier, as an intern at Coggit Consultoria, I used Python and R alongside statistical software to analyze research data and develop predictive models. I also developed an online sales system using Django and Kivy, and at the IFCE Oficina 4.0 Laboratory I worked on an irrigation-water quality prototype programmed with Arduino.
