I'm looking to coordinate complex service or operations projects where I can manage schedules, vendors, compliance, and end-to-end issue resolution.

I coordinate end-to-end commercial HVAC work orders at Impact Service Group for clients including Amazon One Medical, Cushman & Wakefield, and PVH.

I manage scheduling, dispatch, parts procurement, permits, and contractor oversight across thousands of sites nationwide to resolve issues on time, compliantly, and cost-effectively.

Previously, I developed creative marketing and UI solutions for clients including Google and the Saudi Arabian Tourism Board, while providing administrative and scheduling support to Windrose Agency’s CEO.
