I am an experienced legal and compliance professional with broad experience across fintech, multinational mining, and the public sector, focused on building integrity programs, AML/CFT frameworks, and governance for complex, cross-border operations. I have led implementations of institutional compliance programs, performed 1,000+ CDD/EDD reviews, and supported regulatory structuring for digital assets, tokenization and new financial products.
