Currently, I lead front-end development for the HEARD app, an AI-based project focused on interactive surveys and interviews. My role involves mentoring junior engineers and actively contributing to the codebase. I prioritize user experience and application performance, ensuring robust and scalable architecture. Previously, as an Engineering Manager, I successfully guided my team through performance improvements and played a key role in the product's acquisition by BetterCloud, resulting in significant revenue growth.
