At HAIYAO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED, I tracked orders from receipt through shipment, monitoring production progress and coordinating with relevant departments.

I tracked raw material arrivals, monitored shipment schedules and bookings with the Import–Export team, and coordinated with QA/QC on product quality and third-party inspections.

I checked and reconciled order documents, prepared progress reports, maintained order data and materials in MISA, and updated daily production output reports.

Previously, as an IQC at NAMYANG INNOTECH VINA COMPANY LIMITED, I inspected incoming materials, documented defects, handled supplier return requests, and prepared quality reports.
