What I'm looking for

I seek steady administrative or laboratory support roles where accuracy, customer service and routine operational tasks are valued, with opportunities to contribute reliably.

I am an experienced administrative and laboratory assistant with a consistent record of supporting medical, governmental and commercial teams. Over many years I have carried out lab preparation, slide handling, clerical duties and customer-facing roles with attention to detail.

In clinical settings I prepared slides and maintained laboratory equipment, handled specimen labelling and restocked supplies while following protocols. In administrative roles I managed data entry, filing, meeting preparation and supported officers with correspondence and telephone duties.

I have strong customer service and communication skills developed at Lloyds Banking Group and in hospitality roles, complemented by time management and computer literacy. I am comfortable using Microsoft Word and spreadsheets and performing routine calculations and record-keeping.

I bring reliability, an organized approach to repetitive tasks and practical experience across histopathology, cytology, public service administration and food service environments, ready to contribute to teams that value accuracy and steady operational support.
